Do I need experience to join yoga classes?
Not at all! Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications and variations for every pose, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just bring yourself! We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, and other props. We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing and bringing a water bottle. Towels are available if needed.
How often should I practice yoga?
We recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week to build consistency and see benefits. However, even once a week can make a difference. Listen to your body and gradually increase frequency as you build strength and flexibility.
Can I cancel or reschedule classes?
Yes! We understand life happens. You can cancel or reschedule classes up to 4 hours before the start time through our online booking system or by calling the studio directly.
